Providers can implement a variety of broad interventions developed to improve chronic illness. Community members are recipients of the said interventions. What better way to supplement doctors’ orders than through activities that empower, enlighten, and inform? Join us at the seminars and activities provided at little to no cost. To conduct these activities; however, we need your monetary gift of any amount. Please donate!

Provide health-related education to the community in order to empower them for detecting changes earlier.

Compassion

PCI leads with compassion internally and externally. By practicing professional empathy, PCI aims to meet staff and the community at their individual level.

Knowledge

Relationships
